In the interest of public safety, we have listed below the measures taken to comply with Government guidance and help provide

a safe environment for all participants and staff members.  These measures will stay in place until we are confident that lifting them can be done so safely.
 
Two main principles to help ensure a safe environment:
1.       Reduce social contact by limiting how many people are on site
2.       Allow time for equipment and surfaces to be cleaned between sessions
 
Current protocols: 

• If you have any symptoms, please do not attend

• Limited time on site to be maximum 30 minutes before and 15 minutes after any session – doing this will reduce interaction between customers and allow time for the equipment to be cleaned between slots

• Please ensure that you arrive on time for your allocated slot

• All sessions must be pre-booked and any bookings made the same day will need to be booked over the phone – we will not take bookings on site

• Maximum group size of 6 people (including spectators)

• Maximum 2 people in the changing rooms/toilet areas at any time – showers will not be available.

• Hire of wetsuits is at the participant's own risk. Riders are encouraged to use their own equipment a equipment where possible.

• Only ‘competent observers’ for inflatable rides will be permitted to ride in the boats and the rider’s personal belongings must remain onshore – lockers are available.

• Good hand hygiene required on arrival and at all times whilst on the premises.

 
We know that these measures are antisocial and potentially awkward in some ways, but our primary interest has always been our customers’ safety.  We hope that with your support we will be able to lift these restrictions as soon as possible, but in the meantime,  we would be grateful if you could help us follow the protocols set out and provide the safest possible environment for everyone to get back on the water!
